1. No-shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled and paid-for
appointment without canceling or re-scheduling in advance (4
hour advance required unless under extenuating circumstances you
contact the 24-hour service and leave a message at least 45
minutes before your appointment) will result in a lost session
that cannot be made up or re-scheduled.
2. Late arrival: If you arrive late for your scheduled
appointment, your session time will be reduced to preclude
interfering with other customers who have appointments following
yours.
3. Body Suit (Endermowear): In order to offer our clients an
inviting and sanitary treatment environment, as well as for your
own personal hygiene, we request that you regularly hand-wash
your body suit in warm, soapy water (no harsh detergents) and
line/hang dry it. If you forget your body suit, you are welcome
to purchase an additional body suit upon your arrival at a cost
of $30.00
4. Payment: Payment (by personal check, money order or major
credit card) is required in advance for regularly scheduled
session packages.
